Use with machinery

Spray Cleaning

• Spray CHEMTEK RC 99 solution evenly on the plate surface. Allow the solution to react for 5-10 minutes. Use a high-pressure pump to rinse off.
  
• If there are heavy rust or scale deposits, soak in a plastic container for 1-2 hours. Use a high-pressure pump to rinse off.
  
• Use to clean heat exchanger plates.

Immersion Cleaning Method

• Mix CHEMTEK RC 99 with water in a container at a ratio of 1 part solution to 1-5 parts water, depending on the thickness of the scale or rust.
  
• Submerge the removed plate heat exchanger (PHE) plates in the solution mixture. Allow them to soak for approximately 2-3 hours.
  
• Use a high-pressure pump to rinse off the solution.
